[origin: WO2011115482A1] The invention relates to Sorting device for sorting objects. The device being configured to move at least one tray along a path between a blow unit positioned below said path and a suction unit positioned above said path. A tray comprises a topside and a underside. The topside is provided with an array of pockets. A pocket is coupled to an air channel from the underside to the pocket. The blow unit comprises adjacent outlets and is configured to blow air into corresponding adjacent air channels of a tray above the blow unit. The blow unit is configured to press the outlets against the underside of a tray to prevent a flow of air from one outlet into air channels of pockets adjacent to the pocket corresponding to said one outlet.
