Abstract (en)
The suction nozzle has a suction port for the pneumatic picking of a yarn breakage or a controlled thread cut accumulated on the surface of a cross-wound bobbin end. The suction port is provided with a comb strip for fixing the bobbin end. The comb strip is produced by a photo-chemical etching process and formed with large and small teeth (20,21) of different heights. The distance between the large teeth is 0.5-1.0 mm.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Saugdüse für eine Arbeitsstelle einer Kreuzspulen herstellenden Textilmaschine mit einer Ansaugöffnung zum pneumatischen Aufnehmen eines nach einem Fadenbruch oder einem kontrollierten Fadenschnitt auf die Oberfläche einer Kreuzspule aufgelaufenen Fadenendes, wobei die Ansaugöffnung mit einer Kammleiste zum Fixieren des angesaugten Fadenendes ausgestattet ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Kammleiste (19) in einem photochemischen Ätzverfahren hergestellt ist und über Zähne (20 bzw. 21) verfügt, die unterschiedliche Höhen aufweisen, wobei sich große Zähne (20) mit einer Höhe (H) mit kleinen Zähnen (21) mit einer Höhe (h) abwechseln.
