Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2574851A1] The appliance (1) has a door (3) for closing a heatable baking chamber (2). The door comprises an inner pane facing the chamber when the door is closed, and an outer pane facing outward when the door is closed. A holding element is configured to arrange the inner and outer panes so as to form a ventilation channel between the inner and outer panes, where the holding element includes aluminum profiled sections. A cooling element held on the profiled section of the holding element extends into the channel. The cooling element is made of thermally conductive material.
