Abstract (en)

The device comprises shell portions (3, 4) forming a plane face of a housing comprising a window affording an access to a connection device for connection of an external conductor with a view to clamp against a conducting terminal linked to a functional block of a modular electrical apparatus. The terminal comprises a span. The lugs are inserted into the recesses so that surfaces of the lugs and of the recesses are in contact position, and the shell portions are edge to edge to constitute the plane face and oppose separation of the shell portions in an inserted position. The device comprises shell portions (3, 4) forming a plane face of a housing comprising a window affording an access to a connection device for connection of an external conductor with a view to clamp against a conducting terminal linked to a functional block of a modular electrical apparatus. The terminal comprises a span stretching parallel to and in a vicinity of the plane face for connection and comprising recesses for receiving lugs protruding from the shell portions to an interior of the housing. The lugs are inserted into the recesses so that surfaces of the lugs and of the recesses are present in contact position, and the shell portions are edge to edge to constitute the plane face and oppose separation of the shell portions in an inserted position. The two lugs of the two shell portions cooperate with an opening of the terminal. Each lug comprises a hemicylindrical face directed towards a side of the opening of the terminal, where the opening is circular. The terminal is U-shaped with a base (12) parallel to the face of the shell portions. An upper leg (13) is connected with a building block, and a lower leg (14) comprises a guidance opening of a screw of the connection device. The lugs are localized in a vicinity of the side of the shell portions, and are symmetrical compared to a longitudinal symmetry plane of a case and molded with a part of the shell portions.

Dispositif anti bâillement prévu pour une zone de jonction de deux portions de coque (3a, 4a ; 3b, 4b ; 3c, 4c) adjacentes d'un boîtier d'appareil électrique modulaire (1) du type disjoncteur ou interrupteur, lesdites portions de coque (3a, 4a ; 3b, 4b ; 3c, 4c) formant lorsqu'elles sont bord à bord une face (6a, 6b, 6c) d'allure plane dudit boîtier comportant au moins une fenêtre (7a, 7b, 7c) donnant accès à un dispositif de connexion (5a, 5b, 5c) pour le raccordement d'au moins un conducteur externe (8a, 8b, 8c) en vue de son serrage contre une borne conductrice (11) reliée à un bloc fonctionnel de l'appareil (1). Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce que ladite borne (11) comporte un tronçon se développant parallèlement et au voisinage de ladite face (6a, 6b, 6c) de raccordement et comprenant au moins un logement pour recevoir au moins un ergot (17) dépassant de chaque portion de coque (3a, 4a ; 3b, 4b ; 3c, 4c) vers l'intérieur du boîtier, chaque ergot (17) s'insérant dans un logement de sorte qu'en position insérée, les surfaces des ergots (17) et du ou des logements en contact positionnent les portions de coque (3a, 4a ; 3b, 4b ; 3c, 4c) en bord à bord pour constituer la face (6a, 6b, 6c) d'allure plane et s'opposent à leur séparation.
