Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2011151066A1] The invention relates to a method for monitoring, securing and classifying data in declarative, information, administration or production processes using information and communication technologies. The invention specifically relates to a method for securing digital data located in a computer file or transmitted in a communication flow by a sender (10) towards at least one main recipient (2) and optionally one or more peripheral recipients (3) according to a given computer or communication protocol, characterized in that an operation instruction or information dedicated to each recipient are transmitted via a mark inserted in the computer or communication protocol. The operation instruction can be an authorization, an interdiction, the activation, the modification or the interruption of a function of a recipient (2, 3), and can be coupled with information delivery. The invention can be used for the management of data controlled by computer or communication protocols, in particular for geo-location, tracking, marking, profiling, or identification operations such as on-line purchase, valorization, movement, or thought-expression activities.
