Preparing industrial foodstuffs cutting machine (1) comprising an integral machine housing (11), comprises: preparing the machine housing made of an aluminum alloy by casting, preferably by die casting the aluminum alloy having silicon (at least 5%); and applying a polymer-containing surface coating on a surface of the housing. The machine housing comprises a housing base and an integral engine tower (14) formed on the base and upstanding from the base, which is constructed preferably for holding a knife protection ring, and a space in its interior to receive a cutting motor. An independent claim is also included for the industrial food cutting machine for cutting string-shaped food into slices, produced by the above method, comprising a rotationally driven cutting knife (15) defining a vertically extending cutting plane, preferably tilted against vertical by an angle of at least 10[deg] .
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer industriellen Lebensmittelschneidemaschine. Um den hohen Anforderungen an Hygiene, Widerstandsfähigkeit bei gleichzeitig günstigen Herstellungskosten zu genügen wird vorgeschlagen, dass zu der Herstellung des Maschinengehäuses eine Aluminiumlegierung verwendet wird, die mindestens 5% Silizium enthält und im Druckgussverfahren verarbeitet und anschließend mit einer polymerhaltigen Beschichtung versehen wird.
