Abstract (en)
The footwear has a foot maintaining system including a structural insert (4) with a base plate extending continuously between an intermediate sole (3) and an upper (1). The base plate is surrounded on both sides by flanks (7) placed opposite to a side of the upper. The plate is reversibly deformable by a support to set the insert in a stressed state in which the flank exerts clasping effort on the sides of the upper. Each of the flanks has rear and front flaps (7a, 7b) extended opposite to rear and mid foot parts to allow the flanks to exert joint clasping effort of each of the parts.

L'invention concerne un article chaussant comprenant une tige (1) destinée à recevoir le pied d'un utilisateur, ladite tige étant montée sur une face supérieure (2) d'une semelle intermédiaire (3), ledit article chaussant comportant un système de maintien du pied dans la tige (1) comprenant un insert structurel (4) présentant une plaque de base (5) qui s'étend continument entre la semelle intermédiaire (3) et la tige (1), ladite plaque de base étant bordée de part et d'autre par respectivement un flanc (7) disposé en regard d'un côté de la tige (1), ladite plaque étant déformable réversiblement par appui sur elle pour mettre l'insert (4) dans un état contraint dans lequel les flancs (7) exercent un effort d'enserrement sur les côtés de la tige (1), chacun des flancs (7) présentant un volet arrière (7a) qui s'étend en regard d'une partie d'arrière-pied de la tige (1) et un volet avant (7b) qui s'étend en regard d'une partie de medio-pied de la tige (1), de sorte à permettre auxdits flancs d'exercer un effort conjoint d'enserrement de chacune desdites parties d'arrière-pied et de medio-pied.
