[origin: EP2580998A1] The device (1) has an anchoring stud (13) fixed on a horizontal wall (P) by an adhesive material unit (14). An arm (10) and a bracket or suspending rod cooperate with an extreme part (15) bearing against a vertical wall (V). A lever (12) returns a reaction force to a gravity (G), which is exerted on the arm and the rod so as to break up the reaction force into a pressure force (A) for increasing support against the vertical wall and a traction or thrust force (F) to be exerted on the anchoring stud according to a direction parallel with a bonding plane.
