The frame includes a metal strip (4) formed on an inner surface of the frame, and another metal strip (5) formed on an outer surface of the frame, where an insulating body (3) is sandwiched between the inner and outer metal strips of the frame. The insulating body is formed of frame-shaped rods that are interconnected with each other, where the faces of the insulating body are provided with adhesive tapes for fixing the insulating body on the metal strips.
