[origin: EP2581657A1] The arrangement has a main cooling body (2) including an upwardly facing surface area (8) and a downwardly facing surface area, where the downwardly facing surface area is thermally and conductively connected with LEDs of an LED lamp. A secondary cooling body (12) is arranged on the upwardly facing surface area of the main cooling body and thermally and conductively connected to the main cooling body by a thermally conductive adhesive film, where the main cooling body and the secondary cooling body are made from extruded aluminum. An independent claim is also included for a lamp.
