Abstract (en)
An object is to provide an air-conditioning-apparatus cabinet (11) capable of suppressing deformation of a top panel provided with a plurality of air blowers, without causing an increase in weight, and also to provide an air conditioning apparatus having the cabinet. The cabinet includes a top panel (21) to which a plurality of air blowers (12a,12b) are attached on an undersurface thereof via attachment sections (24a,24b); a side panel (22) that extends downward from a peripheral edge of the top panel (21) to surround a space below the top panel (21); and central reinforcing ribs (25) that extend in a direction perpendicular to an imaginary straight line connecting the attachment sections (24a,24b).
