Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2397921A1] The mechanism (100) has a movement transmission wheel (20) driven by an input driving unit (10) to pivotably drive a karussel cage (30) and an escapement pinion (41). A retaining unit (70) engages with the cage to enable or prevent the pivoting movement of cage according to movement or non-movement of the retaining unit. An arresting unit (60) engages with the retaining unit so as to enable or prevent the pivoting movement of retaining unit depending on an angular pivoting position of the arresting unit. The retaining unit comprises a path intersecting a path of the arresting unit.
