[origin: EP2583923A2] The feeder (1) has a sort arrangement (5) that is provided with a single feed tape (50) and sort roller (51) which are linked by a drive unit. The individual products are transferred between single feed tape and sort roller into discharge arrangement (7). The discharge arrangement is provided with upper discharge extension portion (70) having an upper discharge tape and lower discharge extension portion (71) having lower discharge tape. The discharge tapes are linked by drive unit, such that isolated products are conveyed between tapes (72,73).
