[origin: EP2583924A2] The sheet-processing machine (100) has a sheet feeder (1) for feeding the sheets (B), an alignment table (2), and a processing station (3). The alignment table is mounted with suction belt module (24) having a circulating suction belt (20) for transporting the sheets at predetermined arc speed. The processing station has rotary tools (31,32) for machining the sheets. A measuring unit determines the arc speed of feeder, and a measuring unit (60) determines the circumferential speed of rotation of rotary tool. The measuring units and belt module are connected to a control computer (4).
