Abstract (en)
The method involves constructing a rotor blade (2) as a hollow blade (1) with wall thickness that is radially decreased such that the rotor blade withstands gas force loading and centrifugal force loading during operation of a fluid flow engine. An area of the engine loaded by blade oscillations during the operation of the engine is determined. The blade is thickened at the area and/or a supporting rod is provided in an area of the blade such that rigidity of blade is locally increased at the area, where the blade withstands the oscillations during the operation of the engine. An independent claim is also included for a rotor blade.

Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Laufschaufel für eine Strömungsmaschine weist folgende Schritte auf: Konstruieren der Laufschaufel als eine Hohlschaufel (1), deren Wandstärke radial nach außen abnimmt und derart dimensioniert ist, dass die Laufschaufel ihrer Gaskraftbelastung und ihrer Fliehkraftbelastung im Betrieb der Strömungsmaschine standhält; Ermitteln von mindestens einem durch Schaufelschwingungen im Betrieb der Strömungsmaschine übermäßig belasteten Bereich der Hohlschaufel (1); Verdicken (18) der Hohlschaufel (1) nach innen an dem Bereich und/oder Versehen einer Stützstruktur (15 bis 17, 19) im Inneren der Hohlschaufel an dem Bereich, so dass die Festigkeit der Hohlschaufel (1) an diesem Bereich lokal erhöht ist, wodurch die Hohlschaufel (1) den Schaufelschwingungen im Betrieb der Strömungsmaschine standhält.
