[origin: WO2011160854A1] The invention relates to a suction pipe for attachment to a suction device, in particular a vacuum cleaner, comprising a connection piece (2) for connection to the suction device, and a suction pipe section (1). A brush (4) is rotatably mounted at one end of the suction pipe section (1), in the region of a suction opening (1a). A drive device (3) coupled to the brush (4) for driving the brush (4) is also provided. At the end facing the suction pipe section (1), the connection piece (2) has an engagement section (2b) which is designed for the detachable non-positive and/or positive engagement with a counter-section (1b) located on the suction pipe section (1).
