[origin: WO2011160979A2] The invention relates to a writing implement having a shank (2), which has a reservoir (3) for a writing fluid, having an application element (4), which is present at the front end of the shank and is connected fluidically to the reservoir (3), and having a filling opening (7), which is arranged at the rear end of the shank (2), serves for refilling writing fluid into the reservoir, has an internal thread (8) and is closed by a closure device (5), wherein the closure device comprises a closure plug (15), which is screwed into the filling opening (7) and has an actuating element serving for the rotary actuation of the plug by means of a tool, and an outer part (14), which is retained on the closure plug in an axially fixed manner, but such that it can be rotated about the centre longitudinal axis (9) thereof, and engages around at least part of the outer circumference of the closure plug (15). The invention also relates to a set of parts comprising a writing implement and a storage container (48) for writing fluid, this container having a closure cap (47), wherein an actuating tool serving for the screw-action actuation of the closure plug (15) is present on the closure cap.
