Abstract (en)

The blade has a single-piece body (1) made of non-metallic material, where the single-piece body defines necessary conformations (11) for anchoring to an operational machine. The non-metallic material that constitutes the body is any hard plastic material of hardness smaller than the material constituting a cylinder that is cleaned by the blade. The conformations are U-shaped slots or cavities carried on a rear edge (10) of the body opposite to a cleaning edge (12) defining an angle of attack for cleaning.

Lame décapeuse, utilisée dans des vernisseuses de feuilles de métal pour éviter que du vernis ne soit déposé sur la face intérieure de cette feuille ; caractérisée par le fait qu'elle se structure en un corps mono-pièce (1) en matériau non métallique, qui définit en lui-même les conformations nécessaires (11) pour un ancrage opérationnel à la machine. Le matériau non métallique qui constitue le corps (1) est n'importe quelle matière plastique dure, de dureté inférieure à celle du matériau dont est fait le cylindre qu'elle nettoie.
