Apparatus for positioning and constraining metal beams to be used in the mixed steel-concrete structures, comprising constraint means integral with the beam to be constrained, at least an additional reinforcement, connecting means to constrain said constraint means to said additional reinforcement, characterized in that said constraint means and said additional reinforcement are configured so that they are constrained by means of said connecting means.
