Abstract (en)
The panel (100) has an insulating layer (104) including a face (154) integral with an outer layer (102) of ultra-high performance fiber concrete, where a channel (114) extends between two faces (150, 152) of another insulating layer (106). A low beam extends transversely with respect to an upright (108a) and another upright, where each upright is placed in the channel or outside a free edge of the latter insulating layer. A high beam extends transversely with respect to the uprights, where connectors (126) are anchored to both the outer layer and one of the uprights. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing the multilayer panel.

L'invention concerne un panneau (100) monobloc préfabriqué et multicouche, et comportant : - une couche extérieure constituée d'une structure en BFUHP, - une première couche d'isolant (104) présentant une première face (154) solidaire de la couche extérieure (102) et une deuxième face (156) opposée à ladite première face (154), - une deuxième couche d'isolant (106) présentant une première face (150) orientée vers la deuxième face (154) de la première couche d'isolant (104), une deuxième face (152) opposée à ladite première face (150), et des canaux (114) s'étendant entre ladite première face (150) et ladite deuxième face (154) de la deuxième couche d'isolant (106), - des montants (108a) constitués d'une structure en BFUHP, chaque montant (108a) étant disposé dans un canal (114) ou à l'extérieur du bord libre de ladite deuxième couche d'isolant (106), et étant ancré dans la première couche d'isolant (104) et dans la deuxième couche d'isolant (106), - une poutre basse s'étendant transversalement par rapport auxdits montants (108a) et monobloc et monomatière avec l'une des extrémités de chaque montant (108a), - une poutre haute s'étendant transversalement par rapport auxdits montants (108a) et monobloc et monomatière avec l'autre extrémité de chaque montant (108a), et - des connecteurs (126), chacun étant ancré à la fois dans la couche extérieure (102) et dans l'un des montants (108a).
