Abstract (en)

The floor covering (10) comprises panels (112,114) comprising a core of plastic material, and a cover layer (24) covering the upper side of the core and having complementary and mutually engaging locking profiles (120) at their connected lateral edges. At least one of the panels includes a milled-out portion (160) at the upper side of a lateral edge, with the cover layer being excavated completely over a width of the milled-out portion, so that the bottom of milled-out portion is formed by the material of the core and a groove is formed between two the connected panels. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing panel of floor covering.

Fußbodenbelag (10), der aus Paneelen (12,14; 112) zusammengesetzt ist, die einen Kern (24) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial und mindestens eine Deckschicht (28,30) umfassen, die die Oberseite des Kerns (24) kaschiert, und welche an ihren verbundenen Seitenkanten (16,18) mit komplementären und formschlüssig ineinander greifenden Verriegelungsprofilen (20,22; 120) versehen sind. Zur Bildung einer Fuge zwischen zwei verbundenen Paneelen (12,14; 112) ist zumindest eines dieser Paneele an der Oberseite seiner Seitenkante (18) mit einer Ausfräsung (60; 160) versehen, über deren Breite die Deckschicht (28,30) vollständig abgetragen ist, so dass der Grund (62; 162) der Ausfräsung (60; 160) durch das Kernmaterial gebildet wird.
