[origin: EP2586932A1] The device has a U-shaped movable element (19) for adopting a locking position in which an elongated element i.e. rail (9), is fixedly maintained at a step-type elongated element i.e. rung bar, and an unlocking position in which the movable element authorizes the removal of the elongated element. A blocking unit i.e. smooth end part (30), blocks the movable element in the unlocking position and maintains the movable element by seizing. The blocking unit is mounted on the step-type elongated element and made from a flexible material. An independent claim is also included for a method for disassembling a device comprising a smooth elongated rail element mounted on a smooth-type elongate element forming a part of a scaffolding device with a locking device.
