[origin: EP2587134A1] The lamp has several LEDs (5), anti-glare grid (10), and several glare channels (13) separated by webs (14) and having ends (16,18). A light guide panel (20) has several adjacent light-conducting elements and a continuous light guiding channel (22) having an end (26) at which LED is arranged. A light-conducting element is arranged at the end (16). The inner surface (27) of each light guiding channel is formed such that the light emitted from LED is almost completely reflected at the end (26), and in the direction of end (18), glare channels surrounding the webs are weakly illuminated.
