A heat-sink body (10) made of thermally conductive material for a light radiation source includes: - a tubular skirt wall (12), - a core (14) located axially within the aforementioned tubular skirt wall (12), - an array of fins (16) which extend like spokes from the core (14) to join said core (14) to the tubular skirt wall (12), and - a support surface (18) for a light radiation source at one end of the core (14).
