[origin: WO2012000937A1] The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner nozzle (1), comprising a suction channel (12) for coupling to a floor care appliance for the purpose of vacuuming dust-laden air from a surface (2), a main nozzle body (10) and a nozzle connector (30) and a joint (20) disposed therebetween, wherein the joint (20) is formed of two parts (20a, 20b) that can be moved relative to one another, wherein the first joint part (20a) is connected to the main nozzle body (10) and the second joint part (20b) is connected to the nozzle connector (30); and wherein the joint part (20b) connected to the nozzle connector (30) can be removed from the main nozzle body (10) and is designed as an independent, functional secondary nozzle body (40). Using simple design and cost-effective means, the present invention makes it possible to provide an improved secondary nozzle body (40), which can be coupled to a main nozzle body (10) and which can be designed as a main nozzle or as an accessory nozzle. In particular, a secondary nozzle body (40) can be provided which is one more favourable in terms of flow and has a simpler design. Furthermore, with the main (10) and secondary nozzle bodies (40) in the coupled state, and also with the secondary nozzle body (40) used alone, convenient and reliable handling are provided and consequently satisfactory cleaning results are possible, even on different surfaces (2).
