Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2012001026A1] The invention relates to a surgical instrument, in particular for peritoneal surgery, comprising an elongated body (2) which ends with a tool carrier (3) and which is intended to be introduced into the peritoneal cavity by means of a trocar (T). According to the invention, the body comprises an internal tube (4) which extends along a longitudinal axis of the body and which ends with a bendable prop; and an external tube (6) which extends around the internal tube coaxially to the internal tube and which is mounted so as to rotate about the internal tube; the external tube ending with a bellows (7) which extends around the prop and which bears, at the end thereof, the tool carrier.
