The shoe insert strip (1) has a three-dimensional data model of a sole of foot for forming plastic material shaped upper side (3) of the strip, where the data model is partially formed as negative footrest of an orthopedically adjusted footrest (4). The shaping upper side of the strip is machined from pressure -resistant plastic rigid foam. The plastic rigid foam is an extruded polystyrene rigid foam. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) an orthopedic shoe insert-adjusting device with a shoe insert blank; (2) a manufacturing method for a shoe insert-strip; and (3) an adjusting method for a shoe insert blank.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schuheinlagen-Leisten für die Herstellung und/oder Anpassung individueller, maßgefertigter, orthopädischer Schuheinlagen aus Kunststoffmaterial, insbesondere aus Schaumkunststoffmaterial und/oder thermoplastisch verformbarem Kunststoffmaterial. Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere die Herstellung eines Leistens für die Herstellung und/oder Anpassung einer individualisierten, orthopädisch angepassten Schuheinlage. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen individuell an orthopädische Gegebenheiten einer Person angepassten Leistens bzw. einer Gussform, bevorzugt einer RIM-Gussform, oder einer Anpassvorrichtung, in welcher der Leisten zur Herstellung und/oder Anpassung individueller, maßgefertigter, orthopädisch angepasster Schuheinlagen Anwendung findet. Im Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Anpassen von Schaumkunststoff-Schuheinlagenrohlingen an eine individuelle Fußform, wobei die Fußsohle des Benutzers das Fußbett der Schuheinlage für die orthopädische Ausgestaltung vorgibt. Der Leisten ist dabei aus einem druckfesten Kunststoff-Hartschaum gefräst.
