Abstract (en)
The method involves transporting an insulation body i.e. rockwool (2), on a conveyor (13) towards a standby position within a range of a gripper (16) at an end of an arm (17) of a robot (18). The rockwool is picked up by the robot and rotated for insertion into respective cells of a building block (5) arranged on a support (14), where the rockwool is recovered by gravity at an end of the conveyor and moved to the standby position in two parallel supply passages having a distance corresponding to the thickness of a partition wall between two adjacent cells of the block. An independent claim is also included for an automatic insertion line for inserting a precut insulating body in the cells of a building block.

Dans la ligne automatique d'insertion, les corps d'isolation (2) sont transportés couchés les uns après les autres sur un convoyeur (13) jusqu'à la ligne d'insertion (3), alors que les blocs à alvéoles sont déplacés par translation sur un support (14). La ligne d'insertion comporte un entonnoir (22) disposé à la fin du convoyeur (13). Les corps d'isolation (2) sont redressé par gravité en tombant dans l'entonnoir qui communique avec un couloir d'alimentation (21) dans lequel les corps d'isolation (2) sont poussés par un dispositif de poussée pour être déplacés dans le couloir d'alimentation (21) vers une position d'attente débouchant à portée d'une pince (16) d'un robot (18; 18') disposé sur un portique (20) enjambant le support (14).
