Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2589524A1] The installation (15) has on-board controllers (18) fixed on a ground (16) and consignment tables, and channel resources (2-6) adapted to a single controller. Each table is fixed to each resource and used to store data relating to management of vehicles. A resources authorization and release unit defines a first vehicle (12) of an electronic bulletin logging to permit entry of resources of a second vehicle. A reading unit and a checking unit allow entry of the second vehicle on a track resource only if the electronic bulletin logging issued by the first vehicle permits entry of the resources. An independent claim is also included for a method for managing vehicle traffic on a railway network.
