Abstract (en)

The method involves performing an injection molding of a polymeric compound in a mold (1) comprising a lower shell (2), an upper shell (3) with a projection (6) and a conical mobile core, where the conical mobile core and the projection define interior volume of a mouthpiece. The conical mobile core is ejected by a sliding tube (8) subjected to the core after pressing the mouthpiece. Edges for receiving a simple reed of wind instrument are formed by a hollow part of the upper shell. An independent claim is also included for a mouthpiece of a single reed wind instrument.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un bec d'instrument à vent à anche simple ainsi que le bec obtenu par la mise en oeuvre du procédé, procédé selon lequel on réalise une étape unique de moulage par injection d'un composé polymère dans un moule (1) comportant une coquille inférieure (2), une coquille supérieure (3) avec une saillie (6) et un noyau mobile conique, ledit noyau et ladite saillie (6) définissant le volume intérieur dudit bec.
