[origin: WO2012010149A2] The invention relates to a hinged opening device for pivotable parts, comprising at least one guide unit having a guide tube and a catching device which is guided therein and is provided with a stop rod. The stop rod has a control cam oriented in the longitudinal direction. A tappet having a friction surface is displaceably arranged on the stop rod. Furthermore, the friction surface rests against the inner wall of the guide tube. The present invention provides a hinged opening device which, in the mounted state, enables silent and fast opening and closing of the pivotable part and ensures its at least largely continuous adjustment.
