[origin: WO2012004507A1] The invention relates to an installation (11) for cooling a vehicle, said vehicle comprising a thermal drivetrain and an electric drivetrain, said installation comprising: a first liquid coolant circuit (12) connecting a combustion engine (13) of the thermal drivetrain to a first heat exchanger (14), a second liquid coolant circuit (17) connecting components (18, 19, 20, 21) of the electric drivetrain to a second heat exchanger (22), the installation being characterized in that the first and second circuits comprise directional devices (27, 28, 30) capable of isolating the first and second exchanger and of connecting the components of the electric drivetrain to the combustion engine. The invention also relates to a method for controlling such an installation.
