Abstract (en)
The trigger (1) has a set of light passages (3) arranged between two hollow bodies (2) form nozzles for flue gases. A back plate (5) is arranged at a posterior end of the hollow bodies transverse to a flow direction (10). The hollow bodies comprise suctions (4) over which the secondary air supplied by an interior of the hollow bodies flow and the flue gas is recirculated into the passages. A projection (6) is rearwardly projected to a part of the hollow bodies or to a separate control plate with an angle over the back plate such that the gases form a turning swirl (19) behind the projection. The hollow bodies are two-piece hollow bodies. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a solid fuel heating device (2) a method for constructing a primary trigger.
Abstract (de)
Um bei einer Heizvorrichtung für Festbrennstoffe mit Brennraum (20) und Nachbrennkammer (21) eine optimale Verbrennung mit optimal niedrigem Feinstaubgehalt zu erzielen, wird der Primärabzug (1) der Rauchgase (14) von dem Brennraum (20) in die Nachbrennkammer (21) auf die spezifischen Gegebenheiten der jeweiligen Verbrennungssituation angepasst, entweder durch Wahl der passenden Form der Hohlkörper (2), aus denen der Primärabzug besteht, und/oder durch spezifische Anpassung und Einstellung einer Steuerplatte (8) am hinteren Ende der Hohlkörper (2) des Primärabzuges (1), durch die die Strömungsverhältnisse in und nach dem Primärabzug (1) und insbesondere die Bildung von Kehrwirbeln (19) der hindurchströmenden Gase auf die spezifische Situation hin eingestellt wird.
