[origin: EP2592899A2] The device (28a) has a heater coil (10a) partially or completely engaging a coupling coil, where the heater and coupling coils are concentrically arranged. A heater coil surface (14a) of the heater coil and a coupling coil surface (16a) of the coupling coil are arranged at an angle of about 45 degrees with respect to each other. A longitudinal extension of the coupling coil is twice as large as a transverse extension of the coupling coil, which is perpendicular to the longitudinal extension. The longitudinal and transverse extensions are parallel to the coupling coil surface.
