[origin: WO2011132193A1] A dispensing device (300) is provided that comprises housing (360) having a grooved base (320) and configured to accommodate a container (10); cutting-pushing element (40) that comprises cutting-pushing base (48) slidably held by groove (322), push plate (42), at least one blade (44) comprising a sharp edge (45), and at least one tooth (47). A force transmitting element (370) is further coupled to the cutting and pushing element base. Movement of the cutting-pushing element forwards, toward the nozzle (11), by employment of the force transmitting element, inserts the push-plate into the container, so as to push the viscous material (16) out of the nozzle, and cuts lengthwise the container. Moreover, movement of the cutting -pushing element backwards, away from the nozzle, by release of the force transmitting element, allows at least one tooth to engage and pull the container backwards into the housing.
