[origin: EP2594685A1] The machine (1) has a hydraulic water distribution circuit connecting a washing tub (3) and a washing and/or rinsing water tank (6). The water tank includes a venting device (26) to allow filling and emptying the water in the water tank, where the venting device includes an air passage opening (44) in a wall of the water tank. The hydraulic water distribution circuit includes an overflow pipe (9) provided within the water tank, where the overflow pipe is in fluid communication with an external waste water network (13).
