The locking device (1) has a blocking device (25) which is displaceable in the unlock position (38) of locking element (35) such that the locking bolt element (9) by actuation of manually actuable displacement element (8) is displaceable in open position (10), and the locking device is opened. A resetting device displaces the locking bolt element in the open position and returns the locking element in the locking position. The resetting device has a close-bolt element side return element which is interacted directly with actuating surface of the locking element. An independent claim is included for method for actuating lock unit.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektromechanische Verschlussvorrichtung (1) umfassend eine Schlosseinheit (7) mit einer handbetätigbaren Verlagerungseinrichtung (8) zum Verlagern eines Schlossriegelelements (9) der Schlosseinheit (7) in eine Öffenposition (10), mit einer Blockiereinrichtung (25) zum Blockieren des Schlossriegelelements (9), mit einem Sperrelement (35) zum Sperren oder Entsperren der Blockiereinrichtung (25) und mit einer Motoreinheit (36), mittels welcher das Sperrelement (35) aus einer Sperrposition (37) in eine Entsperrposition (38) hinein bewegbar ist, wobei die Blockiereinrichtung (25) in der Entsperrposition (38) des Sperrelements (35) derart verschiebbar ist, dass das Schlossriegelelement (9) mittels Betätigen der handbetätigbaren Verlagerungseinrichtung (8) in eine Öffenposition (10) verlagerbar und die elektromechanische Verschlussvorrichtung (1) hierdurch öffenbar ist, wobei die elektromechanische Verschlussvorrichtung (1) eine durch Verlagern des Schlossriegelelements (9) in die Öffenposition (10) hinein betätigbare Rückstelleinrichtung aufweist, um das Sperrelement (35) in die Sperrposition (37) zurückzustellen, wobei die Rückstelleinrichtung (45) ein schlossriegelelementseitiges Rückstellelement (46) umfasst, um mit einer Betätigungsfläche (47) des Sperrelements (35) direkt wechselzuwirken.
