Abstract (en)
The trough (1) has a protective unit (40) for protecting a part of the trough against thermal radiation and/or electromagnetic radiation. The holder unit (30) holds the protective unit at the trough, where the protective unit is insertable into the holder unit and clamped in the holder unit in an inserted condition. Protective unit adapters (41, 42) i.e. projections, of the protective unit are insertable into a holder unit adapter i.e. recess, of the holder unit. The protective unit comprises two legs that are connected in a bent form.

Es ist eine Kochmuldenwanne (1) mit einer Schutzeinheit (40) und einer Halteeinrichtung (30) bereitgestellt. Die Schutzeinheit (40) dient zum Schutz eines Teils der Kochmuldenwanne (1) gegen Wärmestrahlung und/oder elektromagnetische Strahlung und die Halteeinrichtung (30) dient zum Halten der Schutzeinheit (40) an der Kochmuldenwanne (1), wobei die Schutzeinheit (40) in die Halteeinrichtung (30) einsteckbar ist und im eingesteckten Zustand in sich verspannt ist.
