Abstract (en)
The clamp (3) has a frame (4) fixed on a vibrator, and a clamp body (5) comprising object gripping units i.e. gripping jaws (6a, 6b) mounted to pivot with respect to the frame between a gripping position of the object and an active work position. A locking unit (9) i.e. rectilinear tooth, locks the clamp body on the frame in the work position on the frame and transmits vibrations emitted from the vibrator to the body. The locking unit includes fixed and movable bits provided on the frame and the clamp body. A hydraulic locking cylinder i.e. piston, controls relative displacement of the bits. An independent claim is also included for a vibrator for inserting objects into ground.

Cette pince pivotante, pour vibrateur destiné à l'enfoncement d'objets profilés dans le sol, comporte un bâti (4) destiné à venir se fixer sur le vibrateur, un corps de pince (5) comportant des moyens de préhension (6a, 6b) dudit objet et monté de manière pivotante par rapport au bâti entre une position de préhension de l'objet et une position active de travail, et des moyens de verrouillage aptes à verrouiller le corps de pince en position de travail sur le bâti et à transmettre les vibrations émises par le vibrateur du bâti audit corps.
