In order to provide such a floor cleaning device, which can be operated in a user friendly manner, the floor cleaning device (10) comprises a tank rinsing device (40; 61) having at least one rinsing line (41; 62) which comprises at least one inlet opening (46, 60) for rinsing liquid that can be made available to the tank rinsing device (40; 61) and at least one outlet opening (56; 71) for dispensing rinsing liquid into an inner chamber (24) of the dirty liquid tank (22).
