Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2012013223A1] The invention relates to a floor treatment device (10), comprising a support apparatus (11), on the lower face (13) of which at least one floor treatment tool (15) that can be driven in a rotating or oscillating manner is retained, a handle apparatus (26) for guiding the floor treatment device (10) in at least one operating position, wherein said handle apparatus (26) is retained on the support apparatus (11) in such a way that the handle apparatus can be pivoted about a pivot axis (25) from the at least one operating position to at least one parking position and vice versa, and a reservoir (18) for a treatment liquid that can be applied to the floor surface to be treated. In order to further develop such a floor treatment device (10) in such a way that the floor treatment device can be handled more easily, the floor treatment device (10) has a reservoir receptacle (22), in which the reservoir (18) can be detachably positioned in the at least one operating position of the handle apparatus (26), and a securing apparatus (68) having at least one first securing member (66) and at least one second securing member (67) that can be moved relative to the at least one first securing member, wherein said securing members can be put into a securing position by pivoting the handle apparatus (26) into the at least one parking position. In said securing position, the securing members interact in order to secure the reservoir (18) in the reservoir receptacle (22).
