[origin: WO2012015322A1] The subject of the invention is a mass transit vehicle chair, to be used in buses, vans and other mass transit vehicles requiring the folding of both single and double chairs in parallel to the sidewall of the vehicle. It is characterized in that, the seat (I) frame (2) mounted rotationally on a bolt (3) which is mounted rotationally on the vehicle floor and side structure, on a retaining (4) bolt (5), and on a retainer (8) bolt (7), mounted rotationally on a bolt (9), which is placed on the vehicle side structure or on a vertical support (9), also the backrest (10) is placed on an articulated joint (11) with a 135° freedom of movement.
