[origin: WO2012013625A1] The invention relates to a device (10) for receiving loads, having a frame (12), two load-bearing elements (14, 16) that are longitudinally displaceably guided on the frame (12), and two drive units (24, 26) that are attached to the frame (12) and disposed one above the other, wherein each drive unit (24, 26) comprises a drive element (28, 29) and is set up for displacing said drive element (28, 29) relative to the frame (12) in two opposite directions parallel to the guiding direction of the load-bearing elements (14, 16), and wherein force transmission means and deflecting means are provided on the drive element (28, 29), by means of which a displacement of the drive elements (28, 29) can be converted into a displacement of the associated load-bearing element (14, 16) in the same direction by activating the drive units (24, 26).
