Abstract (en)

The equipment (10) has a treatment cabin (14) providing a treatment space (16) i.e. painting tunnel (18), and a transportation system (28) for transporting objects (12) into the space. A working unit (30) i.e. multi-axis industrial robot, enables working in the space. The cabin includes a maintenance transit (34) i.e. double lock, between the space and a maintenance zone (36). A conveyer unit (38) i.e. lift unit (40), moves-out the working unit in a vertical direction through the transit from the space into the maintenance zone. The sealing agents are designed as an upper pressure bulkhead (46) and a lower pressure bulkhead (48).

Abstract (de)

Eine Anlage zur Oberflächenbehandlung, insbesondere zum Lackieren, von Gegenständen, insbesondere von Karosserieteilen, umfasst eine Behandlungskabine (14), die einen Behandlungsraum (16) vorgibt, wobei die Gegenstände (12) mittels eines Transportsystems (28) in den Behandlungsraum (16) hinein und wieder aus diesem heraus transportierbar sind. Mittels wenigstens einer Arbeitseinheit (30) sind Arbeiten in dem Behandlungsraum (16) durchführbar. Die Behandlungskabine (16) umfasst wenigstens einen Wartungsdurchgang (34) zwischen dem Behandlungsraum (16) und einer Wartungszone (36) und es ist eine Fördereinheit (38) vorhanden, mittels welcher die wenigstens eine Arbeitseinheit (30) durch den wenigstens einen Wartungsdurchgang (34) hindurch aus dem Behandlungsraum (16) heraus in die Wartungszone (36) bewegbar ist.
