Abstract (en)

The tray sealer (1) has a first workstation (3a) and a first gripper (7a) that are worked together with a first double lane, and a second workstation (3b) and a second gripper (7b) that are worked together with a second double lane, such that trays (6) on the first double lane is processed independently from trays on the second double lane. A controller controls gripper, workstation and conveyor belts of one double lane separately from gripper, workstation and conveyor belts of another double lane. Spacing between double lanes is smaller than width of the double lanes.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine vierspurige Schalenverschließmaschine (1), die zwei Doppelspuren (DS1, DS2) aufweist, zum Verschließen von Schalen (6) mit einer Deckelfolie (10a, 10b), wobei die Doppelspuren (DS1, DS2) unabhängig voneinander betrieben werden können.
