[origin: EP2599742A1] The safety arrangement is designed to enable an opening of protective barrier, for example an engine hood (10), only after deactivation of a safety-relevant component or to cause the opening of the protective barrier compelling deactivation of the safety-relevant component. An access to an opening element to be operated for opening of the protective barrier is blocked by an operating element associated or assigned to a battery-disconnector (18). The protective barrier and the operating element mechanically stand in direct or indirect contact. An independent claim is included for a commercial vehicle with an electric motor.
