Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2599905A2] The element (8) has retainer in which a channel plate adapter (12) is replaceably fixed. A radially acting sealing device (37) is provided between the retainer and a base body (27) of the adapter in an assembly condition of the adapter. The adapter includes a through hole for arranging a thread withdrawal nozzle. The sealing device includes a circular sealing surface (38), which is arranged concentric to a middle longitudinal axis of a spinning rotor. The rotor rotates in a rotor housing when the element is closed. An elastic annular seal (39) is radially supported against the sealing surface.
