[origin: EP2599916A2] The riding or sports ground floor has a plate-like array of adjacent base fasteners (12) which are arranged on the base (10). An elasticity layer (16) made of textile or plastic chip is piled up between the base and the arrangement of base fastener. A footing (14) is provided on the base facing away from the array of base fasteners which are water permeable.
