Abstract (en)
The device (1) has covering elements (11, 12) held by a mounting rod (15) and folded opposite to each other. The covering elements are guided through a ventilation pipe (2) that is inserted into an opening running from an inner side to an outer side of a wall (3). The covering elements are unfolded through rotation of the mounting rod and connected with one another by a joint i.e. hinge joint (13), where the joint is arranged at a distance from a center of gravity of the covering device. The mounting rod is connected with an inner wall-sided end of the ventilation pipe by a fastening unit.

Die Abdeckvorrichtung (1) erlaubt es, ein Rohr, insbesondere ein Lüftungsrohr eines Mauerkastens, das in eine von der Innenseite zur Aussenseite einer Mauer verlaufende Öffnung einsetzbar ist, abzuschliessen. Erfindungsgemäss weist die Abdeckvorrichtung (1) wenigstens zwei von einem Montagestab (15) gehaltene Abdeckelemente (11, 12) auf, welche gegeneinander gefaltet durch das Lüftungsrohr (2) hindurch führbar und durch Drehung des Montagestabs (15) auffaltbar und zufaltbar sind.
