Abstract (en)

The connecting device comprises a support surface (4) for supporting the cable section, and a cover connected with the base element (3) and provided with a pressing surface. Several contact elements are arranged for making electrical contact with the individual conductors of the flat ribbon cable. The base element has a first guide and support unit for longitudinally-displaceable mounting of the cable on the support surface, and a second guide and support unit for slidably guiding and holding the cover. An independent claim is included for an electrical apparatus.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anschlussvorrichtung (1) für ein Flachbandkabel (2), mit einem Basisglied (3), das eine zur Abstützung eines Kabelabschnittes eingerichtete Auflagefläche (4) aufweist, und mit einem mit dem Basisglied (3) verbindbaren Deckglied (5), das mit einer Andrückfläche (6) versehen ist, und das mit Kontaktelementen (7) zur Herstellung eines elektrischen Kontaktes mit den einzelnen Leitern (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) des Flachbandkabels (2) versehen ist. Die Auflagefläche (4) ist mit zwei längs zum Verlauf des Flachbandkabels (2) gerichteten, senkrecht zu der Auflagefläche (4) sich erstreckenden, in ihrem Abstand voneinander an die Breite des Flachbandkabels (2) angepassten, Seitenwänden (8a, 8b) versehen. Jjede Seitenwand (8a, 8b) ist mit einer Haltevorrichtung (9a, 9b) für das Flachbandkabel (2) versehen, so dass der an der Auflagefläche (4) anliegende Abschnitt des Flachbandkabels (2) längsverschieblich gehalten ist. An jeder Seitenwand (8a, 8b) ist eine senkrecht zu der Auflagefläche (4) verlaufende Führungswand (10a, 10b) mit Führungsmitteln (11a, 11 b) zur verschieblichen Halterung des Deckgliedes (5) ausgebildet, wobei die Seitenwände (8a, 8b) und die Führungswände (10a, 10b) mit der Auflagefläche (4) eine in etwa U-förmige Querschnittskontur bilden, derart, dass das Flachbandkabel (2) in die U-förmige Querschnittskontur von deren offenen Seite her einführbar und an die Auflagefläche (4) anlegbar ist.
